Whistler Bright Holiday House

Whistler is a 5 star energy house, and it has a northerly aspect, with plenty of wintery sun shining through the big double-glazed windows.

The house is located 800 meters from the centre of Bright, shops and restaurants, an easy walk along the Rail Trail.

As there is an open living plan of kitchen, living, dining area with the deck and views straight off the dining area, there is plenty of room to spread out.

It has reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling as well as a Coonara Fireplace for cosy evenings in winter.

There are 4 bedrooms which sleep 12 people, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, with tea, coffee pods and coffee machine provided.

There is a large 60cm TV in the living area, TVs in all the bedrooms and a DVD with surround sound in the living area.

There is an Apple PC and free Wi-Fi is included.

While ideal as a winter getaway, It’s close enough to Mt Hotham, Mt Buffalo, and Falls Creek to enjoy a day of fun in the snow and return for an evening around the fireplace and a BBQ or enjoy one of the many restaurants in town.

Whistler is located in an all year round area .

There is the Autumn festival, cycling events throughout the year around the area and as a summer retreat of fishing, mountain walks

And BBQs in the evening with a setting sun overlooking the marvellous vista of the Ovens Valley.
